These types of parties are more of a family get together than an all out kids party, you might find that at these party types, the kids act a lot more shyer with the mum's & dads there watching there every move. That is why i start the party off with party & chart music with some classic fun party games (Adults included). I find that this breaks the ice with shy kids, keeps them entertained while you can relax more with the friends and family.
After the small introduction i gather all the kids here for the party and kick things off with a party game. After each party game i will keep the kids busy with one of the following activities throughout the party.
